Bonuses and Additional Pay

Clean Inspection Bonus

• $40 for each clean inspection

Breakdown Pay

• $200

Detention Pay

• $25 per hour after the first 2 hours

Layover Pay

• $150 per occurrence

Minimum Move Pay

• $25 for each assignment

Stop Pay

• $25 for each stop made after the first stop

Orientation Pay

• $500

Holiday Pay

• $200 paid for six major holidays

Paid Home Time (Dedicated)

• Accrues at $24.04 weekly with yearly increases.

Weather Pay

• $150 per occurrence at the discretion of Operations

Performance and Loyalty Incentives

DIME Bonus

• Additional $0.10 CPM on all miles driven in Northeast states and Washington D.C.

Safety and Performance Bonus

• Additional $0.04 CPM, paid quarterly

Million Mile Safe Driver Bonus

• $0.01 CPM for achieving one million safe driving miles and above

Per Diem

• $0.12 CPM to cover daily expenses on the road (included in CPM)

Referral Bonus

• $3,000 for each successful driver referral (ask a recruiter for details)

Longevity and Loyalty Bonus (OTR, Regional, and Teams)

• Starts at $1,250 Annually with yearly increases.

Note: Bonuses are available only for drivers under dispatch on the bonus payout day. Bonus structures are subject to change. The Safety and Performance Bonus is paid out two weeks after the quarter ends, while the DIME Bonus is distributed five weeks post-quarter.
