Lexi grew up in a family of truck drivers, which paved her path to Don Hummer Trucking. Starting as an admin, she worked her way up to lead the recruiting team in 2023. Lexi believes deeply in the family-like atmosphere at Don Hummer Trucking, ensuring every decision supports the drivers' best interests. She’s passionate about maintaining transparency and honesty within the team. Lexi is currently overseeing recruitment for all available driving positions. Having recently relocated, she quickly felt welcomed and values the strong sense of community at Don Hummer Trucking.
