Dedicated Fleet
Class A Drivers on the Dedicated fleet will run out of our customer's retail distribution center and deliver to specific customer store locations in IA, NE, MN, SD, WI and IL. CDL-A truck drivers in this fleet pick up loaded trailers at the distribution center and deliver to a store, where they will swap trailers and return to the distribution center.
Normal store deliveries are drop and hook.
ScheduleDrivers on our dedicated account can expect 3 – 4 nights in the as well as weekends. All drivers on this account will be required to work at least one weekend day, Saturday or Sunday. Delivery times require running nights, weekends, and holidays, including Thanksgiving Day and the day before and after. Peak season runs October, November, and December to accommodate the customers needs.

Home TimeDedicated can get home daily or weekly depending on home location and specific schedule. Dedicated drivers who stay out can expect three days home per week, with the exception of peak season. |
LocationDedicated drivers must live in Iowa, North Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska or Kansas. |
Pay & HolidaysThis position receives $.04/mile quarterly safety bonus, Holiday Pay, Detention, Layover, Breakdown, Stop Pay, and an Annual Anniversary LNL Bonus. To see more information regarding pay and position availability, select your state. |

Minimum Requirements:
- Live within 60 miles of the distribution center
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to the DC
- Must work one weekend day
- Comfortable operating in typical Midwest winter driving conditions
