Dedicated Fleet IA/MN
Drivers assigned to the Dedicated IA/MN fleet run out of our customer's distribution center and deliver to customer store locations in IA, MN, SD, WI and IL. Drivers pick up loaded trailers at the distribution center and deliver to a single store, where they will pick-up an empty trailer to return to the distribution center.
Normal store deliveries are drop and hook. Any specific runs requiring driver assist have drivers assigned to them and are not covered by the fleet.
Schedule
Drivers are required to work at least one weekend day, Saturday or Sunday, each week. Every week you will have two days off, although they may not be consecutive. Delivery times require running nights, weekends and holidays, including Thanksgiving Day and the day before and after.
All loads will be assigned based on available hours and customer demands – drivers will not have a dedicated run they can do with predictability. The dedicated fleet runs as a team and works together to cover all loads to meet customer demands and fully utilize available drive hours.
Home Time
Dedicated IA/MN company drivers can expect to get home every 2 – 3 days based on delivery schedule.
Pay & Holidays
Starting pay is based on your most recent five years of work history with increases scheduled annually. Pay per mile is variable depending on the one-way mileage to each store. The shorter the mileage, the higher rate per mile to make all delivery runs equitable. We offer Paid Home Time and six Paid Holidays.
Location
Dedicated drivers must live within an area 60 miles north of Cedar Falls, IA and south of the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN area.

- Must work one weekend day
- 6+ months driving experience
- Comfortable operating in typical Midwest winter driving conditions
