OTR Company Driver
CPM, Traditional Trucking, Long Hauls.
Our OTR (over-the-road) position is ideal for the professional truck driver who enjoys the open road and long hauls. This position offers drivers the opportunity to go home every other weekend or to stay out longer if desired.
Due to drivers spending more consecutive nights on the road, OTR drivers typically see longer mile loads. This position will haul a mix of dry van and reefer freight and drivers must be available to run any area of the country.
Drivers who qualify for this OTR position can expect 10 – 11 nights on the road, followed by 2 consecutive nights at home. These drivers may do a restart on the road and/or running off recap depending on the week.
OTR truck drivers can expect to get home every other weekend depending on home location. they choose. OTR drivers may stay out longer by making arrangements with the driver manager.
OTR drivers can expect to run longer miles because of more consecutive nights on the road. These OTR driver positions have the most flexibility in the hiring area, although some restrictions apply due to our freight network. Select your state to view the hiring areas for this position.
Pay & Holidays
Professional Drivers can expect to earn 60 CPM plus annual pay adjustments.
This position also receives an additional $.04/mile quarterly safety bonus, Holiday Pay, Detention, Layover, Breakdown, Stop Pay, and an Annual Anniversary LNL Bonus.
