Hummer’s Team Fleet gives you predictable miles every week and a reliable paycheck every Friday. Teams run across our highest volume lanes, hauling dry van with a mix of live unload and drop and hook.
If you are looking for team driving jobs, we have several options to match your driving style. Our team driving positions have a minimum of Twelve Nights Out, but we can accommodate teams looking to stay out longer and earn more!

ScheduleCompany Teams haul dry van freight for customers with a mix of live unload and drop and hook. The Twelve Nights Out teams can expect to leave the house on Sundays and stay out 12 nights before returning Fridays between 1000–1400. |
Home TimeTeam drivers running Twelve Nights Out get home on Fridays between 1000–1400 after spending 12 nights on the road. This schedule provides a full 44–52 hours at home every other weekend. |
LocationMost of our team drivers will need to live in or around Iowa, Omaha, NE, Columbus, OH, Mechanicsburg, PA, Dallas, TX or Salt Lake City, UT. Give our recruiters a call to find out if we can hire teams from your area! |

Pay & HolidaysHummer offers a range of competitive pay for our truck drivers. Team truck drivers running a minimum of 12 Nights Out will start at .80 cpm. These driving positions are also eligible for 6 Paid Holidays, as well as the quarterly Safety and Anniversary Bonuses. |

Minimum Requirements to join our team of professional drivers:
- 1+ years with a previous carrier in the last 3 years
- 6+ months experience together as a Team
- No more than 5 jobs in the past 3 years
- 2+ years solo CDL Class A tractor/trailer experience running in at least 5 states
- 21+ years old
