Corporate Office Grand Opening

Last month we celebrated the opening of our new corporate headquarters in Cedar Rapids.

 

The new location at 505 33rd Ave. SW has more than tripled the space of our previous headquarters which was located in Oxford, IA. The 23,000-square-foot building near the Ramada Hotel and Conference Center was acquired in September from Water Rock LLC and renovated by Build to Suit. The move-in was completed last month, and the Oxford location has been sold to the Clear Creek-Amana School District for administrative offices.
